Expensive CS2 skins crafted from stickers. Save hundreds of dollars with these crafts.

Crafts CS2

One of the biggest updates in CS2 was related to stickers. Since February 7, 2024, users have been able to apply one more sticker to their weapons and choose any location. It’s worth reminding that previously, only 4 fixed positions were available on each weapon.

Nowadays, players have virtually no restrictions, allowing them to implement the craziest ideas. The community shares original solutions on social networks and demonstrates how to improve various skins. The most interesting challenge for custom craft lovers has become recreating expensive items on a much smaller budget. Especially for you, we have gathered several truly worthwhile works that deserve to exist.

Desert Eagle | Blaze — $800

Desert Eagle | Blaze — $800
  • Desert Eagle | Conspiracy — $17-$30
  • Sticker | Incineration — $1.40 x5

One of the very first skins in CS:GO, released with The Arms Deal update. It was after this update that CS:GO introduced skins that became true Counter-Strike legends. This pistol immediately gained popularity among the community and is now an undisputed classic, like a black suit with a white shirt. Not everyone can afford such a device, as its price is extremely high. Each year, the prices of old items rise higher and become less accessible.

Now, this problem can be solved for a couple of tens of bucks by purchasing the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy and five Incineration stickers. Flame stickers can be placed horizontally on the barrel part of the pistol to achieve a very similar artwork. If you invest in metallic stickers, you can get a brighter and more voluminous design. During the game, this combination looks much more realistic and is definitely worth the money.

Glock-18 | Fade — $1500

Glock-18 | Fade — $1500
  • Glock-18 | Moonrise — $0.5-$2
  • Sticker | CeRq | Rio 2022 — $0.06
  • Sticker | sdy | Rio 2022 — $0.07
  • Sticker | nicoodoz | Rio 2022 — $0.08
  • Sticker | FL1T | Rio 2022 — $0.10
  • Sticker | FL1T (Glitter) | Rio 2022 — $0.15

This skin was also added with The Arms Deal update on August 14, 2013. Nowadays, it’s almost impossible to encounter it on a regular game server due to its rarity and high cost. The Fade color scheme is one of the most expensive in CS, so it’s not surprising why it’s valued so highly. Owning such a skin is the dream of practically any player, but again, it all comes down to the incredibly high price.

Users found a way and made it with their own hands. Five Rio Major stickers, with a total cost of less than 50 cents, and the well-known Glock-18 | Moonrise. It’s possible that almost all the necessary items have been sitting in your inventory for a long time. Of course, it’s not a perfect match, but sometimes handmade things bring much more pleasure.

Glock-18 | Twilight Galaxy — $275

Glock-18 | Twilight Galaxy — $275
  • Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner — $2
  • Sticker | Cedar Creek (Holo) — $1.22 x5

The pistol appeared in the game in 2015 in the Chop-Chop collection, which was part of the Blackhound operation. Like many items from CS:GO operations, initially, they were practically worthless, but over time, their prices skyrocketed. Now it’s one of the most expensive skins in the game for this pistol. It’s not among the popular weapons, so most players may not even notice the differences between the original and the proposed craft.

Interestingly, the Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner, with which we will craft, was added to CS with the same Blackhound operation. The only difference is that this pistol can still be obtained from the Falchion case. Over such a long time, many similar copies have appeared, making its current price several times higher than the Twilight Galaxy. The similarity between these pistols is obvious, and practically the only difference between them is the pattern on the front part of the barrel. To cover this pattern, we suggest using holographic blue stickers all over the body, from the top and front sides.

M4A4 | Howl — $5000

M4A4 | Howl — $5000
  • M4A4 | Red DDPAT Souvenir — $28.77
  • Sticker | Baby Howl — $1.51 x5

M4A4 | Howl is the only Contraband-grade skin. It appeared in the game in 2014 in the Huntsman case but was removed due to copyright infringement. The situation with this skin is unique because usually items are replaced rather than completely disappearing from the game. Those lucky enough to get this rifle became owners of a true artifact. Currently, the item can only be obtained through purchase or trade, without the possibility of crafting.

The folk version of this skin can be crafted quite easily and without significant investments. Not long ago, the Babe Howl sticker appeared in CS, and many predicted a strong rise for it. However, there was no significant increase even after the update, so this combo costs less than it could be. Note that to implement this idea, we recommend paying attention to the souvenir version of the item, and it’s very important that it is Battle-Scarred quality. The souvenir version costs much less than the regular one, and the low quality helps achieve greater realism.

AK-47 | Case Hardened (Blue Gem) — $1.000.000

AK-47 | Case Hardened (Blue Gem) — $1.000.000
  • AK-47 | Case Hardened — $220-$625
  • Sticker | Blue Gem (Glitter) — $3.98 x5

Despite not being the cheapest craft, it’s still the most profitable investment in terms of the price difference and the final visual. The Case Hardened skin is quite popular even beyond CS, and its fame is due to the rare Blue Gem pattern. In short, the main feature of the pattern is the full coverage with blue color on the weapon’s faces.

There are often cases where there’s quite a lot of blue on the front side, but it’s not enough to increase the skin’s value to astronomical sums. The proposed solution won’t allow you to sell the item for more, but it will solve the issue aesthetically.

M4A4 | Howl (White)

M4A4 | Howl (White)
  • M4A4 | Urban DDPAT — $0.10
  • Sticker | First Blood — $4.11
  • Sticker | Baited — $0.57
  • Sticker | Broken Fang — $2.13 x3

Experiments with stickers have gone so far that completely new skins have begun to appear. For example, this rifle, which has been dubbed “White Howl” by the people. If you look without skepticism, this art looks much more realistic than the one presented above. Yes, it doesn’t match the color scheme, but it’s more original. Considering the extremely budget-friendly cost of the necessary items, this craft deserves to be in your collection and today’s selection.

AK-47 | Dragon Lore

AK-47 | Dragon Lore
  • AK-47 | Slate — $3-$12
  • Sticker | First Blood — $4.11
  • Sticker | Baited — $0.57
  • Sticker | Broken Fang — $2.13 x2
  • Sticker | B-Day — $0.14

The last experiment that we couldn’t pass by. The art in the form of a winding snake is extremely similar to the well-known dragon from the AWP | Dragon Lore. The resulting skin deserves to exist, and it’s possible that it will be frequently encountered on CS2 servers.
